The NTD Church Loan Fund was started by Derwood W. Dubose and a group of Pastors who invested together $30,000 to purchase a building for a new church plant in Dallas in 1980. With over $120 million in assets today, that vision continues to partner investors with the purpose of advancing the Kingdom of God through the local church.

The NTD CLF exists to help Assembly of God churches throughout the state of Texas advance their God-given purpose. Investors have confidence that their money is used for Kingdom purposes and not invested in causes they do not believe in. It’s a WIN for the North Texas District Council. A portion of the profit generated by CLF is distributed to the NTD for church planting and development, youth and kids ministry, Lakeview Camp, and many other ministries and projects.
Also, the CLF tithes 10% of its net profit annually to numerous ministries such as Teen/Life Challenge, Pleasant Hills Children’s Home, Family First, Dallas Metro Dream Center, Light for the Lost, Chi Alpha college campus ministries, Southwestern Assemblies of God University, Convoy of Hope, Global University, Runners Refuge, Fire Bible, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Mongolia Bible School, and many more!

Robert brings a unique skill set to the position of Director of Church Loans & Investments. For the past 20 years, he has worked in the financial services industry while also serving during the most recent 8 years as a bi-vocational Pastor leading New Life Assembly in Collinsville, OK.
His passion for seeing the Kingdom of God expanded through the local church, combined with the expertise and knowledge of church finances, investments, property management, construction, and real estate lending makes him a great partner for you and your church.
